Modifications to Terms
Spinania reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Users will be informed of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform following any such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.
Acceptable Use
The platform is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:
- Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
- Attempt to manipulate odds, events, or any outcome on the platform.
- Engage in any activity that could disrupt the integrity of services offered.
- Share your account credentials with any third party.
Any breach of acceptable use standards may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Spinania platform, including logos, graphics, software, and text, is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of any platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Spinania is not liable for any losses arising from:
- Technical disruptions beyond the operator’s reasonable control.
- Errors in information provided by third-party data suppliers.
- Actions or omissions by the user that result in account restrictions.
The operator’s total liability to any user for any claim shall not exceed the value of funds held in that user’s account at the time of the claim.
General Betting Rules
All bets placed on the Spinania platform are subject to the following rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted these conditions in full.
Eligibility to Place Bets
To place a bet, you must:
- Have a verified and fully active account.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Have sufficient funds in your account balance.
- Not be subject to any temporary or permanent account restriction.
Bet Acceptance
All bets are subject to acceptance by Spinania. The operator reserves the right to decline or limit any bet without providing a reason. A bet is considered accepted only when a confirmation reference number has been issued. Until that confirmation is received, no bet should be considered binding on the operator.
Betting Limits
Minimum and maximum bet amounts apply across all markets and event types. These limits vary depending on the sport, event, and market selected. Current limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. Spinania reserves the right to apply individual account limits in accordance with its risk management policies.
Calculation of Winnings
Winnings are calculated by multiplying the accepted stake by the applicable odds at the time the bet was placed. In the case of system or accumulator bets, the calculation method displayed at the time of placement applies. In the event of a void selection within an accumulator, the relevant leg is removed and the remaining selections are recalculated accordingly.
Odds
All odds are subject to change prior to acceptance of a bet. The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply. In the event of an error in published odds that is clearly inconsistent with market rates, Spinania reserves the right to void the relevant bet and return the stake to the user’s account.
Betting Restrictions
Spinania may restrict betting activity on specific accounts, markets, or events at its discretion. This may include, but is not limited to, cases where unusual betting patterns are detected or where regulatory requirements demand intervention.
Cancellation Policy
Once a bet has been accepted and a confirmation number issued, it cannot be cancelled by the user. Bets may be voided by the operator in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- Errors in odds or event data.
- Abandonment or cancellation of the relevant event.
- Evidence of integrity breaches.
In all void cases, the original stake is returned to the user’s account.
Payment Rules
All deposits and withdrawals on the Spinania platform are processed in accordance with Spanish financial regulations and the operator’s internal compliance procedures.

- Prepaid payment instruments where permitted
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your account balance immediately or within a short processing window, depending on the selected method. Spinania does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawals
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method held in your own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the original deposit. The following conditions apply:

- Cannot be verified against the account holder’s identity.
- Appears inconsistent with normal account activity.

The platform maintains robust procedures to detect, prevent, and report any activity that may be connected with money laundering or the financing of terrorism.
Legal Obligations
As a licenced operator in Spain, Spinania is legally required to:
- Verify the identity of all users before permitting withdrawals or when certain transaction thresholds are reached.
- Maintain records of all transactions and identity documents for the legally prescribed retention period.
- Report any suspicious activity to the relevant Spanish authorities, including the Servicio Ejecutivo de la Comisión de Prevención del Blanqueo de Capitales e Infracciones Monetarias (SEPBLAC).
Identity Verification (KYC Procedures)
All users are subject to a Know Your Customer process at registration and at subsequent stages of account activity. This process requires the submission of valid identification documents, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of the source of funds. The platform will not process withdrawals from accounts that have not completed the required verification steps.
Transaction Monitoring
All account activity is monitored on an ongoing basis. The platform’s compliance systems are configured to identify:
- Unusually large or frequent transactions.
- Deposits and withdrawals that do not correspond to normal user behaviour.
- Patterns consistent with structuring or layering of funds.
- Use of multiple payment methods without a clear legitimate purpose.
Suspicious Activity
Where suspicious activity is identified, Spinania may take the following actions without prior notification to the user:
- Place a temporary hold on the account pending investigation.
- Freeze funds associated with suspicious transactions.
- Request additional documentation as part of an enhanced due diligence process.
- Permanently close the account and report the matter to the appropriate authorities.
Users are advised that cooperation with all compliance requests is a condition of continued account access. Failure to cooperate may result in permanent account closure and the reporting of activity to the relevant regulatory authorities.
Privacy Policy
Spinania processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR) and Ley Orgánica 3/2018 de Protección de Datos Personales y garantía de los derechos digitales (LOPDGDD). This section outlines what personal data is collected, how it is used, and what rights are available to users in Spain.

The following categories of personal data are collected during registration and the course of account use:
- Identity data: Full name, date of birth, national identity number or passport number.

Security
The security of user accounts and personal data is a core operational priority for Spinania. The platform employs a range of technical and organisational measures designed to protect all information held on its systems and to safeguard every transaction processed through the platform.

All data transmitted between users and the platform is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) protocol. Sensitive personal and financial data stored within platform systems is subject to encryption at rest. This ensures that data remains protected both in transit and in storage.
Account Access Controls
Users are required to create a strong, unique password at registration. The following access control measures are in place:

- Session Management: Active sessions are subject to automatic timeout after a period of inactivity to reduce the risk of unauthorised access.
Continuous Activity Monitoring
The platform operates continuous monitoring of account and transaction activity. Security systems are configured to detect and flag:
- Unauthorised access attempts.
- Unusual account activity inconsistent with prior behaviour.
- Multiple failed login attempts, which trigger temporary account lockouts.
User Responsibilities
